Becky says the latest ultra sound pictures show
Baby A is 12 weeks 2 days - Baby B is 12 weeks 1 day.
Doctor checked the neck and spine and both were under 3mm, which is good.
The "Technician" asked Becky if she wanted to know the sex(s) and she said yes ...
Monday, July 17
Becky saw Dr Steers to discuss the latest ultra sound pictures and blood work. Everything looks fine. Becky mentioned to the Doctor about the sex(s) of the babies. The doctor said that it was too early to be sure and that the "technician" was known to be wrong in the past. The doctor also said the next ultra sound pictures in September would be 98% certain of the sex(s). So folks in order not to give out false information (or start painting the babies room the wrong color) I will wait until the 98% results are in before .........

Becky and I went for the "big" ultra sound today and the technician/doctor said everything looks good with both babies. One twin is 11 ounces and the other is 10 ounces.  Tech indicated that one of the twins is resting on Becky's nerve and was not verry cooperative during the ultrasound - she used the word "troublemaker".   I guess we know which parent this baby takes after.

Tech confirmed that the Murphy name will continue on as both babies are BOYS!!!

Doctor said everything looks great.  Becky's request to go back to work fell on deaf ears - just kidding

The boys are currently weighing 2.3 and 2.5 pounds.  Doctor was able to take some more ultrasound pictures.  One baby was very cooperative (probably takes after Becky) while the other was moving around all over the place (takes after me I guess) and the picture came out all blurry.  Becky seems to think the cooperative boy has my facial features (nose and mouth)

Next appointment is schedule for the 1st week in December

Thursday December 21st
Latest pictures of Becky and I. Becky is doing very well and her next doctor's appointment is Wednesday December 28th.  I hope everyone has a

Tuesday January 9th
Well it certainly been a while since I entered anything, but as you all know the "BOYS" were born on December 30th at 12:05pm.
Christopher Edward (named after my dad) was 5 pounds and 18 inches. Daniel Richard (named after Becky's father) was 4 pounds, 10 ounces and 17 inches.
Both lost a few ounces after being born but they were both allowed to come home on January 3rd.
As of Monday, Christopher weight 4 pounds 10 ounces and Daniel weight 4 pounds 8 ounces.
Becky is doing great and we are having some "fun" times feeding them every 2 to 3 hours. Daniel usually finishes his bottle in 10 minutes while it appears that Christopher prefers to sleep then drink and usually take about 30 to 45 minutes.

This maybe the last DAD's Report update on this site since "Grandpa" is already working on a brand new site which should be coming to your local computers in the near future.

In closing, Becky and I want to thank everyone for their prayers and good wishes as you followed our journey to the birth of our TWINS BOYS
ps: The question from the opening website page is still an on going discussion
Bri has Christopher and Becky has Daniel or ..........
